This is one of the BSG designs I want to do. Rough copy. I think I’ll still have to cut down on ship detail some to avoid… complications. But I’ll look into it.

I got caught up on the first season of BSG over Christmas, and my reaction was the same. It just too amazing for words. Especially when you sit down and watch a whole season over the span of a few days. You really get into it! Such a well done show is rarely seen.
Dude. I would totally wear a shirt like this.
Or even a hoodie! That would be cool.

Dude, you seriously need to get this one out there, but you’re right about the detail. I’m really diggin’ it dude. The colors, the text, even the ship itself; all awesome.
Maybe you could even do some battle damage or something. Those Vipers aren’t exactly the newest ships in the show.
ver nice, but is it just me or is there something a bit off with the perspective? (mind the front of the ship)

BSG is doing what sci-fi does best - lots of sci-fi stuff (space travel and such), fighting and other bad-ass stuff while at the same time asking big questions (existentialism) unhindered by the borders of todays society. Gotta love it 
For people loving BSG, you should read the Hyperion sage by Dan Simmons. Great sci-fi.
In all honesty, I definitely prefer the old BSG to the current one. Something about changing all the characters I grew to love was something I just didn’t like very much. The new series lost the fun innocence the original had, which was something I liked a lot. Also, I can’t say I cared for the “Cylons that look like humans” story deal…If you haven’t seen it, get the original on DVD, it’s well worth it.

Great design. I had a shirt printed that says “This is the shirt I wear when I watch Battlestar Galactica” on the front and on the back it said “Starbuck is #1″. I very tempted to try and reprint it with your design intigrated with my “This is the shirt I wear when I watch Battlestar Galactica” saying.
Tim, The viper rocks. And in my opinion the old BSG was good, but I like the new one better because it is darker. The old on had the sweekie clean feel of the 70’s, the new one is gritty and raw, plus what the do with teh fliming, odd angles a camera flares are really cool. Give it a good edge.
The old one was good, but it was a little too “Star Trek” for my tastes. The whole “encounter alien society with a problem, become involved, fix it” formula of many of the episodes was too much.
The new one, however, got me with it’s sheer realism. More often than not I forget that this show is all fiction, that these events never took place. The characters are easily relatable, as are their situations and the general drama between them (especially this thing between Lee and Kara). It’s absorbing, and just plain fucking awesome. =D
