I promised you first looksies

So you get to see the Xbox project I was working on before any of the losers who don’t read my journal ;)

Behold, the upcoming Ctrl+Alt+Del Xbox 360 skins from GameConsoleSkins.com! I had considered doing faceplates, but why do boring faceplates when you can skin your whole machine in sexiness. You can click for larger versions of the hawtness.

Note: This is NOT the big CAD announcement, although I think it’s pretty damned cool.

These will be available soon. They do not ruin your Xbox or void your warranty in any way. They are vinyl adhesives that can be removed if you decide you want to put a different skin on.

I’ve got arrogance down to a science

I know, I know. I’ve been shitty about posting again. Hopefully you’ll understand, come the big announcement December 1st, what’s been eating up a lot of my time. I just finished one project, which you’ll see then, and I’m working on another big one that I’ll be able to show you soon. It’s for the Xbox 360.

I went up to Cape Cod for Thanksgiving, and that was fun. Britanny was in Vermont with her family, and I miss her terribly, but she’ll be home tonight, so that’s good.

Played on Xbox Live with a bunch of fans last night, and that was really fun. Perfect Dark Zero isn’t the greatest game, but multiplayer is growing on me a bit. Any game that lets you bring a sword to a gun fight earns bonus points in my book.

I haven’t forgotten about the WoW piece I’ve been working on, I just haven’t had the time recently, with work and the holidays. I promise I’ll get back to work on it soon.

He was looking for a place called Lee Ho Fook’s

Stayed up last night and did some more inking. I think the character inking is just about done. Now I get to start on the background.

Agonizing agony!

I have it.

Finally. After endless waiting, and anticipation, I have it.

It’s sitting on the desk next to me. I can reach out and touch it, if I want to.

George R. R. Martin’s A Feast For Crows.

And I have absolutely no time to read it.

*scream*

Never coming home

I know, I know, updates. I haven’t forgotten about it, I promise. But since this can’t be technically qualified as “work”, since it’s not Ctrl+Alt+Del related, it has to take the lowest priority on my list.

I did find some time to work on it on Halloween, and today on my day off however. I’ve started inking the other fighter.

This piece is, and will be, taking a long time. My goal is to have it finished before Christmas.
